I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor service from Reliance JIO. I applied for Jio fiber connection thrice and yet to receive the service. Please find below the order numbers for a new jio fiber connection for my home.

3. NO0000ME02VR (Date: 28/07/2022)
In April 2022, I was informed by Jio team that my home is not under the coverage of Jio fiber. I am still not sure why the jio service person approached me and accepted the payment in that case.
Again on 28/07/2022, a different jio representative visited my place and we submitted request for me and my adjacent neighbor. I paid INR 3526 for a 3 months connection which covers internet and tv channel subscription. My neighbor got the connection on the same day, whereas I am still following up for the connection. The visit from the technical team is getting rescheduled continuously, and now the sales person has stopped receiving the calls. This type of service is unexpected from a brand name like Reliance.
