Text of Complaint by Shahil:

I am a customer of Airtel from a very long time. and have raised the issue of poor network in my periphery. There are no steps taken to resolve this issue. I am a student and genuinely I am struggling too much. There is a very poor service provided by the company despite charging more than any other service provider I cant change my number as it is used in many important documentations. They are just ignoring every complaint raised from my side. I have no idea how to continue my studies in this kind of environment.
