Port my 2 mobile no in airtel, Airtel executive suggested a Black Plan ..with 3Postpaid Connection,Fibre + Dish TV connection…I agree with Plan ..request raised on 9th August.
After submitting request ,received a call for Dish connection I updated address and other details but executive cancel my request as my flat is road facing.. executive told me that airtel is not providing Dish service on road facing flat but if your flat is on Park side we can install..
Recently I shifted in new park facing flat and raise request again for a Dish connection at airtal store few days back..but it delay almost 1 week due to some technical issue finally yesterday I got a call for connection. Executive ask code I shared him code after sharing code he Said that we are not providing service in your tower …I request him that my parents are at home they don’t have any entertainment source Please check again and update me the status. He didn’t call me and told my father that connection is not possible..
Now I want to update you that many airtel connection were already installed in.my tower even in my next flat connection is installed…airtel service is very pathetic and front line Employees services were worst…request you to check and help in connection if possible.
