Dear Style Cast Customer Service,
I am writing to inform you about a serious issue with my recent order. I ordered a floral long dress for ₹1099/-, and today I received a courier from Blue Dart (AWB No – 80510788455). According to the order, I was supposed to receive a red floral dress. However, upon opening the package, I found a simple, plain cloth of very cheap quality instead.
This discrepancy is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. To support my claim, I have taken photos and videos of the package as it was received, which clearly show the item we received does not match the order description.
Given the circumstances, I request you to arrange for the return of this incorrect item and process a full refund of ₹1099/- immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to Blue Dart and file a formal complaint with the local police station.
I expect your urgent attention to this matter and a swift resolution.
