So the problem is regarding the delivery the Amazon delivery boy always asks me to collect the order from the place which is almost 13-14 km from my house.

As I’m the regular customer of yours site(Amazon) and have complained it 4-6 times and till now not a single action has been taken..

Please help me regarding this….
