respected sir/madam
i have ordered mobile phone thru instagram mobile store namely grey.mobile i have paid 2000 advance and 20000 after ordered confirmed total 22000 i have paid 22000 in his upi address 7587933526.wallet@paytm. now i have came to know that this instagram store is fake and the order id given by him thru amazon is 403-0941586-4032334 is also fake as i have talked with amazon customer care .. billing address of his amazon account is namely Ross Tenyyson Address: 3/632, navajivan CHSL mumbai maharastra 400008 he has done payment in amazon thru american express card having last four digit 8147.

kindly help and resolve my problem
