Dear Sir,
I have bought a laptop Asus celol dual core from Flipkart on 1july 2021, We have complained on 2 July 2021 by mobile phone on customer service no. They have send their person to check he told us that they will replace it. One person came to our house and packed and told us that they will take it in two or three days. But no one come to take .We have call in customer service they ignore us. They told us that they will not replace it. Because time is over. By fake messages they told us that our phone was switch off. Price of product is rs. 23500. Now We want refund for the product. We have complained in consumer forum. Our no is 2886996.
