Ref.num: 047429657. I had booked my ticket from Dibrugarh to Patna on travolook on Feb 20th. I was supposed to receive a refund of 4644 within 10 to 15 working days. It’s been more than a month . I have not received the refund neither the executives are helping me out. They are making false claims to wait for one week and then still they aren’t doing anything.
This is a fraud website because when we book tickets they cancel it due to operational reasons and then debit the money and don’t refund as well. Please help me out
