Respected Sir/Madam
My consumer number is 020111207977,Sir I have paid my all bill well even in lockdown period also. Now I received heavy bill amount of Rs.5000 for residence.my average consumption is of 150 units of per month.I shocked when I received this heavy bill amount. It become regular tendency from MSEDCL to send this kind of bill,everyday they gather huge amount peoples with faulty bill or other problems.Inspite of daily power failure in our locality this kind of bill amount is not acceptable at all. When we complain about it this problem they refuses to attend the complain by saying bill amount is proper,No one ready to accept problem and give proper resolution of it.Plz check my Billing history and give some proper solution of my problem.During covid we r unable to visit near by electricity office as it take longer time.Plz help us the get the things at right place.Hope for the positive action from department.
