This complaint is regrading my LG wing phone which I purchased from Amazon on Nov 5 2021 (PFA the receipt), As per this warranty should be till Nov 2022 (which is a 1 year warranty for a new phone) but when I visited LG customer service due to some display issue, I came to know that the phone’s actual registered date in their LG system is of May 2021 (menas SIM card inserted in phone on May 21 itself or phone is used in May) that makes 1 year warranty to complete in May 2022 so product is out of warranty. So seller sold me 2nd hand phone
I called many times to complain regarding the same in Amazon customer care, that the seller sold me an old phone for the price of a new phone but Amazon customer service representatives are not providing me any resolution. All required documents are shared with customer care multiple times but they are either disconnecting the call or saying cant help.
PFA the docs for 1. Invoice 2. Proof from LG customer care for FOTA date that phone was registered with LG before purchase date 3. Calls proof with Amazon customer care.
