Dear Aarthi Scan Team,
My wife (Mrs. Priya Singh) visited Aarthi labs branch at Sector 15 – Gurgaon on 24th August 2022 and attended by Mr. Himanshu (Manager) and Mr. Jitendar Sharma for sample collection and tests. (List of Tests Are enclosed in Annexure A).
During the billing they took the cash 5500/- despite receiving bill message of Rs. 4843.00 and asking for clarifications in different amounts both of them have not provided any authentic answers / clarification and not provided Invoices for the same after receiving the cash payments.
Further I personally visited the lab today (i.e. on 27th August 2022) for collection reports and Invoice and met Mr. Govind (Manager). They produced my invoice of amount of 4843.00/- (Bill No. 010132 dated 25.08.2022) and subsequently asked for a balance refund they have denied and said contact to Mr. Jitendra and Mr. Jitendra Sharma send me another invoice amount of Rs. 5500/- (Bill No. 010132 dated 25.08.2022). (Both Invoices are enclosed above for your review).
In view of above case its a question how can a reputed labs are doing this fraud with customers with involving third party agents and the question is how can a third party produce a forgery invoice on behalf of Aarthi Labs.
Please take strict action against your staff and ask in writing as they are so irresponsible and provide pathetic customer relations services without reply to any clarifications.
