The complain is for an activation of my corporate sim number+919136159026. I had collected the new sim for my number given earlier. However the sim is not activated since 3 days.
Neither the customer is able to help nor any one in airtel. I have received an sms stating the address verification is on hold. But the person who comes for address verification doesn’t pick the call. Please find the below text received from airtel :
“Dear Customer, address verification for your Airtel Mobile 9136159026 is on hold. Reason: We could not contact you. Please call 8451903192 within 24 hours (between 10AM to 7PM) to re-initiate your address verification”.
Totally pathetic and unprofessional. I representative has not made an attempt to do the address verification. The process followed is totally illogical. Ideally the customer care should know whts pending requests on any sim.
If they can send an sms then why the customer service executive not able to track the same. They say its the fastest sim , well i minimally agree to this but i might add they are the fastest sim with slowest service.
