Text of Complaint by Souvik Paul:

I have ordered a gucci bag of worth ₹2999 from brandmart.com and after few days they delivered a normal cheap bag. Even after continuous emails and refund requests, my refund is not yet initiated. Please help me, this app is a fraud.

  1. Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU) up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
