Text of Complaint by Deeksha Kushwaha:

I made a recharge on my vi number of Rs 19 by Airtel payment bank wallet. Amount was deducted from my account and I received a message from vi that my number now has the validity of unlimited calling and 200 mb data for 2 days. when I tried to make a call they told me that my number have no validity. I called the customer care but they told me “the recharge you made was discontinued that’s why you didn’t get any services. To enjoy our services make a recharge of 49 or more. Your amount can’t be refunded and we can’t provide you any validity either.”
