I booked a ticket on 6th June from Delhi to Mumbai. my travel date was 17th June. but this ticket got cancelled due to some technical reason and my payment was deducted from my account. I raised a request for a refund. they gave me a time of 7-10 days for a refund. but till date, I have not received the payment. Every time they gave a new excuse and new timeline of the next 5-7 working days. kindly help me.
