I have booked tickets through Travolook portal and spicejet has cancelled my flight for some operational reasons. spicejet claims they have made refund on 18 December 20 and Travolook team is claiming that they will process the refund to my account in 35 working days and they are asking me to get the transactional details from SpiceJet. They are upfront denying that they have received any refund from spicejet.
Secondly, they are telling that they will charge a cancellation fee for this transaction. For no mistake of mine, i will be penalised with a fee. This is the worst experience i ever had with any third party booking platform. More interestingly, no one is taking my complain formally.
I sincerely think Travolook is the worst service provider at least in my case. Request 2 things:
Please accept my complaint and Grant me full 100℅ refund without any cancellation charges into my bank account at the earliest.
