I have already return the watch to the delivery boy on 29 sep but on the track it was not updated that they have received the item on warehouse . I have complain this reissue on 30 sep.. it’s almost 1 month I am waiting for the refund but whenever I call on the customer care they always say it not showing on the tracker give us 7 to days time its will be resolved but it more than 1 month my issue is not resolved. In this I also received the mail from the customer care that your refund is initiated but that was the fund mail. I have talk with 7 executive even 2 head but they are not comparative always say will resolved in 7 days but it 1 month.. I am very disappointed with the customer care of Amazon they never resolved the issue.
