I joined the company (Techpro Engineers Pvt.Ltd) on march 2018, for the probation period of 3 months with the condition that after completion of probation period salary increament and confirmation letter. They Never paid salary on time. My June month salary is on hold. I mailed my resignation. HR of the company Mr Anshul Baghel ( Contact No. +918299311846 & mail id info@techproindia .com) told if I don’t sign the don’t claim documents, he will not proceed my salary payment. He messaged that till 8th August, 2019, he will pay my salary. But cunningly after receiving no claim documents, no one from that company are replying my messages, mails, and calls. Total amount pending is Rs 40000.
Requesting you to help me in bringing my hard earned money with interest. I also would like to request to give them lesson so that they would cheat any other employees in future.
