(1) SBI Pluse card issue in the month of November 2022 and according to discussed with SBI card customer people within 30 days customer will get all the benefits with the SBI Pulse card
(2) From November to till today I didn’t get any voucher for health benefit.
(3) I was talk with SBI Credit Card Team and register complain but no any solution in a month.
(4) I was post complain email to customercare@sbicard.com,
CustomerServiceHead@sbicard.com,
PrincipalNodalOfficer@sbicard.com
But every time they shared after 15 days dates and no solution till now.
I feel that SBI credit card team are irresponsible and not provide solution, every time they shared same answer we are working on it and till today 29-03-2023 no solution.
So at the last I need to take support of consumer complain court.
I hope my kindly consider my request and do the need full and punish the SBI Credit Card Lazy and irresponsible team.
