DEAR SIR,
Due to covid -19 i lost my job and spouse business that why till time i have facing financial issue , i have use the rbl bank credit card 80k i have ready to pay on emi basis and settlement process on bank , but bank are not provide me option as per RBI norm ,
and Rbl bank credit card recovery agent call in a day 100 times and horsemen my family and also me recovery agent are always use the abuse thing and non sense talk , january month i have already pay the minimum due amount after that recovery agent are not follow the rules of RBI , he is always harsement my family and me ,
kindly resolve my issue otherwise my family are committed s@uicides qgainst rbl bank harsement
