Hi team,
I have ordered a mobile phone today morning , the order was cancelled automatically after paying the amount and the amount is debited from my account. I lost my amount and I didn’t get the item also.And when i have reached to the associate of that company for refund of the amount and he is asking to tell some OTP which is not allowed and it will be a very big security issue which is not fair.
