I had installed jio fiber device on 17th march and cancelled the order on 9th april i.e on 25th day if installation kf the device and called customer care to pick up my krder but they on reschedule the date of the engineer visit i dont know why but i think they have instentially done so that they can get some profit after that i called them many a times but there is no response from there side and one day i.e aftet 60 days they sent an engineer to pick up my device and refunded me only 500 in the place of 1500rs die to their irresponsibility why will i suffer i have called them regarding my refund till the till there is no any response from there side ?.
