On 22nd of June 2021 I ordered a sony air bud form music mad website from a advertisement on YouTube, which cost Rs 1699 as buy1 get 1 offer, but when I got my delivery on 26th of June 2021 isntead of sony air bud I got a non branded head Phone which is not worth of Rs 500 also. When I tried to return the product there is no options neither they r accepting the order no. I even called on there no 9891792852 but they didn’t respond instead cut the call.
I need help regarding this matter.
