I brought LG Split AC last month. Since staring there is cooling problem. Several time their technicians have visited but they didn’t solve the problem. when i set 16 degree temperature by remote in AC, I get room temperature about 24 degree and when i set 24 degree AC temperature by remote, I get 28 degree room temperature but LG technicians and engineers are saying that AC is working properly. there isn’t problem in the AC. LG has sold me defective AC and now they are not fixing the problem nor replacing the AC nor refunding my money.
