from past 15 to 20 days my internet connection is too slow I have a 498 plan I thought maybe it’s a temporary issue for a few days but as it is more than 20 days then I thought I should contact customer care and inform them the same issue, the customer executive told me that I have to wait for sometime as they have so many customers near by my area that’s why I am facing this issue so, I told him that I know that you have so many customers in my area but you have to resolve my issue so take a complain against my network issue he totally refused to take my complain and told me that they can’t take such kind of complaint.
If jio can’t take care of customers then why he’s selling packs and wasting our money? ?
