Hi All,
I would like to inform you about your bad network. I am one of your service user and i am facing network issue. The network full shown in my phone but the internet speed is 0.00 kb/s.
Due to the bad network the thousand customer+ got impacted. there are many student which online classes got missed from last two days.
I request to you please look into this and resolve the same on top priority basis.
There are one more issue which i would like to bring in light i.e. below mentioned.
When the power cut at my location then internet and calling got stop just because corruption.
After power cut no one is start the generate and also we are waiting for power.
Note- Screenshot is already attached where you can easily see that the network is full but the internet speed is 0.00 Kb/s.
