Respected Sir/Madam,
Apropos to above I beg to state that on 23.07.23 at 10:34 PM I ordered a Student Microscope vide Order id-791310639165_1 amount of Rs.1966 and this product delivered me on 02.08.23 at 11:44 AM. Due to receive different colour of product I returned it and on 04.08.23 at 05:24 PM the product i.e. Student Microscope vide return ID #791310639165 had been pickied by the curior. During return request I submit my verify payment details Bank details and UPI i.e. A/c No-22270186015, IFSC Code-IDIB000G636, Indian Bank & UPI id-9735212609@indianbank. After picked by the currior Meesho tell me that my refund had been issued and give me a fake transaction id i.e. 321618119367 (Cashfree Payment Gateway). But till now the refund amount Rs1966 not receive my bank account. I called Meesho Customer Care maximum time but they did not assist me and they told me the could not assist regarding this matter. Screenshot of return request details and paymen details are attached herewith for information.
