My name is Yogesh Gajanan bal. I wish to inform you that, there is an fraud case happen wid me in current financial year 2022_2023.
The promotor of home credit, who stand in one mobile shop and forced to me share details to check the loan eligibility.
Myself and my brother denied multiple times but he still forcing us for the same. He generated OTP to. Login in in his laptop and we shared for the same.
We left from that shop and then the home credit customer care and collection people
Start calling me and my reference for emi amount.
That time we realised, that promotor boy did fraud with us and applied the loan on my name. We highlted this issue to your respective team and department of Home credit.
Unfortunately, we have not received any satisfied answer or resolution from your side.
However, now home credit collection people doing harassment with me and my family members.
Further, I have complain in CYBER CELL team and I have shared the same details with you.
So I request you please look into on this because I am very suffering from this shit.
