I have recently had a poor experience with a Hero 2 wheeler dealer in Delhi.I brought Passion xtec from Sapphire bikes,afer 6days bike dead not start also. Complant dealer but no respond, bike mechnic even not found the fault . they dont took any action.Now i need my money back or new bike.Sipphire Bikes even not attend my Call. Very very bad experience with Hero.
