I want complain against fraudsters given gift card on phonepe of Rs. 1954 on 4th of sep 2021 at 3:59pm.I thought it is a gift card, so i went to check my balance and suddenly the amount of rs. 1954 get deducted. The transaction id :T2109041559147388184731 and a UR code :124709835836. Kindly check my transaction done to whom try to refund my balance.
