I have taken a loan from focus loan app, I applied for rs 5000, but they have credited only 2700 in my account.. the next day i called their customer care agent and told that i want to close my loan.. They told me to give 3000 rupees and after that they will close my loan.. but my loan has not closed.. after 4days their agent again called me and told me to pay 2300rupess more.. When I said I can’t pay they send me offensive messages and videos on whatsApp, and threatening me that they will call my relatives and send them the offensive videos by pasting my photos on them, they are daily calling and messaging me from different numbers and abusing and threatening me..
