We have bought a holiday ownership plan of one year and paid 87500/- via CC.
Since then we kept on reaching them on their mobiles and customer care but there has been no satisfactory reply. We asked them to honour their commitment of holidays as per contract but they are not even responding to emails and using abusive language over the calls. We have been cheated by this company and post that we have collected details about the fraudsters directors who are not returning money or providing us any services that we demanded.
Here is the excerpt from our emails to them

With due respect,
I, Sushma Dubey wanted to raise concern against your irresponsible behavior towards members of your tour planning company.
I had taken the membership on the date 14/07/2021, with the initial deposit amount 87,000/- Rs. via credit card of Axis Bank & recently tried to book a plan for Jagdalpur, Chattisgarh tour for date 6/11/2021, on 25/10/2021, but none of you are responding to my query and not even your representations are picking up my phone calls, tried for several times.
This behavior towards your customer is not at all acceptable, as at the time of signing of the contract, I was crystal clear with my words that I’ll not take any reckless and unreliable behavior from you and even after so many soft emails, as no one is responding to them, I wanted to know you that if you’ll not respond to this mail I’ll start legal proceedings against you, which is not good for the reliability of such a mega and prosperous company. And I’ll make sure that you’ll regret your gesture towards me.
Hope you understand my concern and take immediate necessary actions, otherwise be prepared for the legal action, definitely will not take this untrustworthy behavior furthermore.
