I, Oindrila Sen uploaded CV in Quikr.com for online job. On 05.08.2020 I received a call from 7211120651. The caller introduced herself as Ms Disha. She offered online form fill-up work with example and asked for my Aadhaar/Voter I/D and email. I sent my Aadhaar and emailI/D by what sapp. The offered work was filling up 700 forms in 7 days with 90% accuracy. On return they will pay INR 20/- per form deducting INR 4700/- from 1st Invoice. One draft Agreement and draft Acceptance letter was mailed to me from ORIAN TECHNOLOGY, GUJRAT (Without any specific Address, Phone no and email I/D). I did not sign and return their draft Agreement and Acceptance letter. Still they sent me one lot of forms for filling up within 7 days. From the payment offer it seemed to me that their offer is considerably excess than the job. Out of suspicion I checked the internet and found that there were several complains against ORIAN TECHNOLOGY claiming and extracting undue amounts from many people for the same job offered to me.
On 11.08.2020 I mailed to ORIAN TECHNOLOGY that their offer is not acceptable and to take back their offer. The mail bounced back and none could be contacted over phone.
On 15.08.2020 a call came to me from 6358536943 where one Mr DEEP JAIN introduced himself an Advocate from Gujrat High Court. He informed of one claim complain against me and asked to settle the matter by making payment. He mentioned that one mail has been sent to me where I find that if I fail to pay then the matter will be transferred for further proceedings to Arbitrary Court and disobeying summons will result in issue of warrant of arrest.
As I have not signed their offered Agreement and Acceptance letter, there is no contract whatsoever and such notice raised by an advocate for a fraud and fake company is baseless. I hereunder paste the mail from Advocate Mr Deep Jain and submit their letter in attached file for ready reference.
I submit the above facts and seek remedial actions to be relieved from such fraud complains, harassment and illegal proceedings. I am also going to file a complaint in my area Police Station.

Abusive words : Section 66 A shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm.
Non Payment : If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 50000/ – for total loss to our client.
Legal Notice : It is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.
Summon Letter if you don’t reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence. Failure to obey a summons may result in an issue of warrant of arrest and Not settling the dispute will land you in a mess and we need to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings. Today till 11:30 am sharp you have time to resolve the matter or else as per the court – contempt of court case will be applied on you and you will be in the big mass. Hello Friends, I keep giving my number only for the help of you people, but now those fake people have started reporting spam on my mobile number, due to which my number is now appearing in spam, for this you are not afraid, contact us on my WhatsApp number 09389654777.I will give you proper advice and ways to avoid them. Some people here are also looting money from people in the name of Advice, be cautious with such people and give us a chance to serve.
