My name is Suhas Patil ,i purchased 43 inch UHD TV from flipkart on 2018,they had 1 year warranty.
So i bought 2 year extended warranty for offered by flipkart. Kindly note that after in extended warranty time the services are given by one arm of flipkart called jeeves consumer services private limited.
Now my TV display are not working,still in extended warranty,For the last 4 days, i have been regularly contacting Jeeves Consumer Services,they told me to send mail to claims@jeeves.co.in,
extendedwarranty@jeeves.co.in,i did that but nothing happened ,there has been no visit by any technician.
they are telling me lies,they ,cancel my call whenever i take followup .
