Text of Complaint by aakash paran baishya:

My name is aakash,i purchased washing machine and refrigerator from flipkart on 2017,they had 1 year warranty both.

So i bought 2 year extended warranty for both of them offered by flipkart.Kindly note that after in extended warranty time the services are given by one arm of flipkart calledjeeves consumer services private limited.

Now both my washing machine and refrigerator are not working,still in extended warranty,For the last 1 month,i have been regularly contacting Jeeves Consumer Services,they told me to send mail to claims@jeeves.co.in,
extendedwarranty@jeeves.co.in,i did that but nothing happened ,there has been no visit by any technician.
they are telling me lies,they ,cancel my call whenever i take followup .
