Sir,
I ordered a penasonic P110 mobile phone on 9th of may through flipkart (order ID OD115425699748077000) I received the parcel from flipkart on 12th of may in which I received a simple iron door lock instead of mobile phone. I raised a return request according to the return policy of flipkart. But they cancelled. I again raised the return request but they cancelled it 7 times. They started giving me a promise date to resolve my issue, frist they gave me the deadline on 3rd of June and than after every 3 days they gave me a new promise date and gave me false assurance that we will give you resolution in next 3 days and will refund your money back. It’s been already 2 months but flipkart didn’t give my money back. I made more than 200 calls to flipkart customer care which are recorded. I paid rs 3,999 at the time of placing the order on 9th of may. I have the invoice. Flipkart has been harassing me mentally for two months. I have also the video of unboxing the parcel in which I got a simple iron door lock instead of mobile phone. Please help me. Thank you!
