Respected sir, Our family have been live in Ranchi for 10years. My father had been posted in bihar for 5years since 2014 to 2019.Now he is retired. He has made house in bihar muzaffarpur.And no one is present over there. Our house is locked. We pay monthly bill. After that they have charged 15000.Its a covid situation and there is no convenience to go ranchi to bihar. Please help me sir. Best regards Amrit
