ACH stands for Automatic Clearing House. So, it appears that you may have given standing instructions to the Bank to debit the amount. It is like ECS. Also, if you have a SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) with a Mutual Fund, such a debit will appear. There is nothing to worry. Just ask your Bank. They will answer to whom the payment is made and then the mystery will be cleared.
Same has happened to me on 18th july total of 4500 Rs debited from my account. Pls help
