Dear Team,
i am vikrant singh chauhan (Oder id-OD115971121245086000) from kanpur order 01 number vivo Z1Pro(Sonic Blue,128GB/GB RAM). in this order i want to replace my old mobile which you already verify by online with Rs.1750/- cost and i am agree to sale old one on this cost.
Today delivery boy( 7052054321) denied to accept my old mobile due to some scratches. i told him that my mobile is not new its old one and that’s why u guys value my phone with Rs.1750/-. i already transfer full amount Rs.16340 before 02 days. when flip kart get full money then your delivery boys are denied to accept my old mobile.
this is cheating with me, i already complain on customer care 1800208898 and send pics to you. please go through it and revert on EOD.
