I am using this network & Use to recharge Rs 2499 for International Roaming purpose every month. Along last 6 months I am suffering its call drop problem. I have informed them verbally over the phone to Customer Representative but they didn’t take such action to be solved this issue.before 1 week I have launched a complain by mail as a result they suggest me to change some technical setting & also to change mobile. According to their suggestion I have done every thing but the issue exists till to date. I have mailed them lots of time to do such action to solve but again & again they verbally or by mail suggested me to change my mobile settings.
I am very sorry to say that it seems to be avoided to solve the problem & I am surprised to see their irresponsibility.
Right Now I am in Bangladesh & due to engaged in World Bank Project ,I have to connect to India G.O.I & some other country Govt regularly.
My humble request to you to look into this, Otherwise If it is needed to take some Judiciary Action against this , then I can go forward.
