Text of Complaint by Prithvi Nath Thakur:

I am sorry to say that your representative is not behaving in a good manner with the customer, I was visiting your store (Shop No 2, Plot No 150, Tagore Road, Gandhidham Sector 1, Gandhidham – 370201) from last week to buy a Postpaid Sim card on my company,s name (A J Warehouse), but your store representatives denied to give me single sim and enforced me to buy four instead of one SIM, they said this is our company’s (Airtel) policy.
When the verification guy came to me, I discussed the same with him, he told me that there is no such policy run by our company, then I decided to return the three sim cards that are not going to be used.
When I reached the store yesterday and asked to take it back, your Store manager (Mrs Dimple) started shouting at me. I was very disappointed by her terrible behaviour. She clearly said that we are not going to process the single sim.
I have discussed this matter on the below mentioned number but nobody gave me the proper solution.

After lots of discussion, they agrred to give me a single postpaid sim and alloted mibile no 8866041229 and told me that it will take 3-4 days to get activation.

However we are using this no in our legal official documents and hence i request you to start the service at the earliest, I also request you to take some disciplinary action against those who are misleading the customer. Otherwise such kind of incident will let down the image of Airtel.

Now, they are messaging me that my application has been cancelled and now i have to file fresh form.
