Hi,

My name is Sudipta Maity,

Address- Bishnupur North, P.O-Bisnupur Bazar, P.S-Sabang , Dist-Paschim Medinipur. Pin-721144, West Bengal

In our area we are facing very poor network issues for Airtel Network, there is no tower nearby 2 km distance, If full network also comes, but due to low bandwidth  sometimes we can’t even call to customer care no. also. We are facing very bad network facing everyday, we are paying to Airtel and recharge constantly, but no improvement for last 3 years. On behalf of our local people I and other people complained several times to customer cares, but no result. Please do something as Airtel can set up a new tower network in our locality or punish Airtel for cheating with the innocent people.
