Hello Team ,
I would like to raise a complain on behalf of two airtel numbers +91-9818993137 and +91-9811148224 as we have raised a request for consolidation of a family plan , changed the pack from 400 to 649 + taxes and shifted one number from vodafone to Airtel for the same plan.
No action is being taken, we have been calling for like a almost a month now and they say first registered request is on 22nd april. then we call regularly and they say some technical error wait for 48 hours and such lies have continued till date.
This is completely unacceptable and I am not paying two highly charged packages with no benefits. I am highly disappointed and if this is not resolved within 24 hours I will raise a port request for both the numbers.
