Text of Complaint by Rajeev Chaturvedi:

Your employee of Airtel store Donbosco Liluah Howrah guided us in the wrong way claiming that they shifted our number from postpaid to prepaid but we were continuously receiving bills against our number which we already shifted to prepaid. Now when we visited our nearest Airtel Shop, donboscoyour employee Debjani Chakarobarthy denied such talks between us and told us to be speaking false of any such conversations.
