Airtel is doing monopoly these days
And this time they deduct money from my account and when i talked to the customer care lady, she was so rude all the time in behavior, if i want to extend my validity I will recharge it from my side otherwise i will recharge from my account by sending sms.
Company has no authority to deduct amount from my main account if am not doing so they have full authority to stop my service that doesn’t mean company duducts amount by its own.
This is not fair TRAI has to take such decisions against this. I am using my cell number 9717546320 from last 10 to 15 years.and this time iam going to port my number definitely ….
