Dear Airtel DTH authority. I like to inform i Have DTH Connection Consumer ID Is ” 3033141812-001 “. I am Doing a Recharge of Amount Rs:- 380/- on 29-07-2020 at 10:14 AM. trough UPI Transaction. UPI Transaction ID Is 021110096315 the Transaction was successful as Per Google Pay. But the amount Not Shown at My Airtel Thanks App. So I am Registered a Complain against my recharge on Airtel Customer Care Ref. No Is:-27417540.
They Said After the Verification the Amount will Be Refunded in 7 to 10 Day. but no Refund Found in my A/c. Then i make a Another call In Same Procedure is going on no Refund Found till then to right now. I hope you a Understand my Problem.
