I am Sukanta Das , my reg mob number is 9830915409 , I am a prime customer of amazon.
I ordered 2 Redmi 9 power mobile phone one is blue and one is black. Blue I have received yesterday morning , black one ( trac num 266250367823 ) was showing the arrival time yesterday at 9pm but the product did not come yet, yesterday I called delivery person he did not pick up the call , at 9.30 pm yesterday I have seen the delivery status is showing “ Action required “ , as per the details I saw its written as my address is wrong the phone not delivered, could you please reply how come then my 1st phone delivered ? that was in the same address ??
This delivery person actually came day before yesterday means on 3rd oct also , due to some issue for exchange process that delivery person said he will be back after 10 mts but I was waiting 30 mints he didn’t came back on 3rd oct, I called customer care and again ask for a delivery on 4th Oct but he did not come, not even picked up the call, please check and let me know what is going on, I want to give a reply to him as I think he is joking with me , its not a free delivery or a free gift amazon. I put a complain against this and the number is 180030009009.
I speak to customer care 3 to 4 times also speak one of the supervisor named “ Tulsiram J “, but nothing happened, the status is still showing action required.
CAN SOME OEN TELL ME WHAT ACTION DO I NEED TO TAKE AGAINT IT ?? AND WHAT ACTION AMAZON TAKE AGAINT THIS DELIVERY BOY ??
I need an answer why the comments is showing my address is wrong ??
