Respected sir,
My name is Mainak kanti basu. I am staying at new barrackpur west Bengal kolkata as per my voter id card.
Sir, November 13th 2019 I join the company name call Dailites investment Private Limite. This company is situated as per the giving address. I joined there as in senior supervisor in this company. When I joined initially at the time of interview they told me that they will going to bring the process call “Amazon inbound seller support” & “bullguard inbound technical support”, however none of them arrived.
Open a bank account it at IndusInd Bank. There are lot of issues regarding salary payment on time. Month of January I worked completely without 5 days. however I haven’t got my salary yet due to medical reason I was not able to go to the office on month of February , which I already informed them via email and WhatsApp. in spite of informaing everything to the Vice-President who is Mr Chitresh chatterjee ( Ph: +91 933 002 7848

they intentionally at the month of February end which is 28 February 2020 besan miyan email of termination. and this sitting on the email that I will get my pending salary at the earliest.
However as of now I haven’t got my salary yet. Several email I have sent it to them , several message I have sent to them via WhatsApp, several call I made to them. But there is no single proper response I received. On top of that they blocked me e from email from WhatsApp and from call as well.
As for termination law of the company, if any company or organisation terminate an employee they are bound to provide their last month salary, in spite of giving them they threatening me on the call. Their abuse me on the phone. And when I visited at their place for my salary they pushed me e and use of filthy language. And they keep on telling me that I can do whatever I feel like but they will not going to give me my salary. And on top of that this company does not have any licence. duty licence is required in order to run any call centres in sector v salt lake City Kolkata. This company is situated salt lake City e twin tower tower 2 4th floor.
This is my request to you please take action as soon as possible so that I can get my salary which I already mentioned 19000 rupees.
My family is running under medical emergency situation from month of march 2020 I literally pick them to give me my salary but they simply deny that. Instead of giving me a thread that I can do whatever I can feel but they will not going to do any single thing. I would like to request you please give me a call so that I can give your details information which are wrote in this page.
