I have purchased TV from flipkart on aug 2021..one months back.. My thomson brand TV was not working properly… Then I contacted jeeves.. As I had purchased extended warranty of three years.. They came n took my TV and told that they will get back in 7 days,, but still now they r not sending back.. N saying to take 70 ℅of purchased amount oftv.. Now m saying to give full amount or replace my TV…but they r not agreeing it.. Its second time m facing problem with jeeves.. They r doing sane thing with all customers. They should be punished .. Soo for now kindly help me in refunding 100℅or get my TV back in full condition.
