I want to register a complain in the consumer complain forum i am being cheated by the loan app that i downloaded from the google playstore the name of the app is cashgain loan app i was in a urgent need of money so i found the good reviews in the Google playstore of the same so i applied for the loan and while applying it was shown that i will receive 6000 rupees and have to pay 6000 rupees for the duration 131 days but when i applied the loan the disburshed amount was only 3600 and i have to pay 6000 for the same and the time limit was 7 days only but after 4 days of loan disbursed in my account the clinet of the company start calling me near about 15 times a day and whenever i receive their calls they started to yell at me with rude behavior but i ignored all this as the mistake was mine that i have taken the loan from their application the date i applied for the loan was 23 july and the amount was credited me on 24 july and i have to repay it on 31 of july for the sum of rupees of rupees 6000 and on 30th of july i got a call from the number who directly started to harass me abuse me saying that they will fine me a huge penalty but i ignored all these by thinking that my due date is 31 july and on 31 july i got a several calls from many spammer number near about 50 numbers and when i received the some of calls they directly abused me saying very dirty dirty words to me and harassed me very much and after all that i somehow collected the money to repay the loan on 1st of august but when i opened the application it was showing me to pay rupees 7520 so i got panic and called my friends and inform them about the same they somehow gathered the information through the Google and found that it was a fake application who does the same with all those who take loan from their application and then i decided not to pay the loan and i deleted the same application on same day that is on 1 August but then also they tortured me from many other number and also from the foreign country numbers as like dubai and somalia and united kingdom at last i was fedup and tried to install the application from the Google playstore but i found that the version which i downloaded previous was removed from the Google playstore and the new version of it was available with the same logo but of different color and before downloading the same i read the reviews of the cashgain and found out that the application is fake and also harassing to other people also and i decided to not install the same application as it may steal my essential data contacts and essential information and may misuse it and after all these i received a call and in which the employee was abusing me and harassing me badly and said that he has my photos and he has all my contacts and he will misuse my photo and will edit it and will make it nude photo and will share with my relatives and friends kindly help me for the same as i am in very much tensioned and which is effecting my mental health and daily life and making me in depression and some of the numbers which i am receiving calls are 075418 62332 , 063561 95693 , +423 321 90 67 ,+1 325-775-4727 , +1 952-364-6793 ,+973 3666 4018, 075650 04789, 09572118479, 07310043588 ,08181001617, 07400967897 , 074009 67896 , 074009 67853 , +971 52 712 0695 , 095210 20738 , 098229 62167 , 088173 85488 , 070652 57391 and also note when i tried to repay the loan after all this for the sum of rupees 10 after the payment successful also it was not showing anything which means if i also paid the full amount the application will show that the amount is not paid because after the payment of 10 rupees it was not showing that any payment was done and the UPI ID in which i made 10 rupees payment which the application was showing was gagamma258@idfcbank and also note the payment was disbursed to me through the IMPS in my account through the UPI ID which is the phone number also that is 9799901903 and 7014698626 this phone number i mentioned is which i got the information through my bank account statement in which it was shown that the IMPS is done by them kindly help me for the same i will be always thankful to the consumer complain forum team as
